Symphony Towers downtown just got added star power with the openings of Giuseppe Ciuffa's 2 new restaurants, Sonata Bistro on the ground floor by Copley Symphony Hall, and High Note Cafe on the 12th Floor.
Both restaurants feature Giuseppe's much 'noted' and delicious fare delivered with the freshest of Italian flair.... plus views on the 12th, delivery within 2 blocks... and a cafe society of beautiful who's who locals.
Amidst the opening night crowd on June 5th, 2014 was Giuseppe's pretty other half, Salem, aka his wife and partner. Also there were Bonnie Saldivar-Jones, Armone Sullivan, White Box Art Gallery owner Alex Salazar, 2 of Alex's artists are featured in the cafes including Social Diary fave Chris Trueman.

* Margo Schwab, MBA, more formally known as Margaret E. Schwab, has produced, written, interviewed and photographed for various media organizations since 1989. Schwab attended Holton Arms School, La Jolla Country Day School and La Jolla High School. Schwab has a B.A. from Scripps College, spent a business internship with S.A.I.C., Science Applications International Corporation, and earned a Masters of Business degree, M.B.A., from the University of San Diego by way of Claremont Graduate School . Schwab additionally took college courses from Harvard University, and Syracuse University. Schwab volunteers for numerous charity organizations. She also continues to support animal organizations and the prevention of people and animal abuse. Schwab is the editor and co-owner of The Social Diary.
Margo Schwab and Scott Johnston of San Diego Social Diary are both members of the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club (Margo Schwab since 1974) and both are members of the University Club and its worldwide ClubCorp Compass Society.
